Why am I not getting notifications?
Ensure you tap "Notify when arrived at [location]" after choosing your destination.

If you already did that, make sure you have the proper permissions enabled:

Go to Settings -> CalAlert -> Location and ensure that "Always" is selected.

If that doesn't work, go to Settings -> CalAlert -> Notifications, and ensure notifications are enabled.
Why do I receive multiple notifications for my stop?
You will receive one notification for each time you click "Notify when arrived..."

If you click the button 3 times, then you will receive three notifications when arriving at the station
What is the latitude and longitude?
These are the coordinates of your selected stop. When you reach these coordinates, you will be notified
What information do you track?
We do not track any of your data. The app needs access to your location, internet, and notifications to work, but nothing is collected. All data is stored locally on your device.
